Autistic and neurodivergent adults experience a wide variety of mental health needs often coming from the day to day challenges of living in a world which does not 'fit well'.  Sometimes people come to me to explore the idea that they might be autistic and to consider whether a diagnosis is right for them. Sometimes they have had a diagnosis recently and what to think more about what this means and how they make sense of it. Sometimes adults who had a diagnosis in childhood want to think about how this affects them in their current place in life. Perhaps they are experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, low mood or struggling to make sense of relationships or manage intense feelings.

I offer bespoke evidence based individual therapy to help process these experiences and if needed develop skills and coping strategies. My work is informed by Cognitive Behvaiour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and systemic ideas.

I can accept insurance for individual therapy.
