Hello. I’m Jennifer and I am a Clinical Psychologist based near Salisbury on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2014, completing my doctorate at the University of Surrey.
As a Clinical Psychologist I worked in the NHS for two Child and Adolescent Mental Health Teams (CAMHS) where I worked in the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service. I spent 4 years working for a company who offer support to families and autistic children and young people who are unable to attend school. I worked as part of a team of teachers, mental health professionals, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists and use a lot of this knowledge in my work. I started In Tune with Autism in 2022 recognising a need for specialist support for neurodivergent individuals. The need for this service has continued to grow and I have recently expanded the service to be able to support more families and individuals.

I continue to offer my experience and support to adukts, families and young people. Both working directly with autistic young people and adults and also offering much needed support to parents to understand and help their children. I have a special interest in supporting autistic females. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy and ACT and integrate these models to offer a unique package of care for your needs. I passionately believe that with early intervention, support, compassion and understanding there is nothing that an autistic person cannot achieve.

Hello, I’m Sarah. I am an HCPC registered, and BPS chartered Clinical Psychologist and have been working with people with a learning disability and autistic people for over 20 years.

I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals because many of my friends and family would describe themselves in this way. I have worked in various mental health, learning disability and neurodevelopmental services across the South East and South West since I qualified in 2007. During this time, I have had the privilege of meeting children, young people and adults hearing their stories, seeing their truth, and supporting them through difficult times. I have noticed how times of transition can be especially challenging for many, whether that is around education, family, work, menopause, health, diagnosis, or something else, and this is often when extra support can be helpful.
If you chose to do some psychological therapy with me, we would work at your pace, in a way that suits you. The work might focus on improving emotional regulation or developing strategies around anxiety, OCD or low mood. I can support you with processing past trauma or adverse life events as well as finding ways to help you manage the impact of these on your daily life. Or it could be that our work together focuses on your journey to understand and adapt to the discovery that you are neurodiverse.
Every person is unique and each individual experiences life and its challenges in a different way. So, if we worked together, we would begin by developing a shared understanding of what this looks like for you. Then we can work collaboratively using approaches and strategies that suit you best. This might be drawing on my training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Family Therapy (FT) or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). It could also draw on other models I have experience in such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). I am skilled in being able to integrate and adapt these approaches for neurodivergent people or people with intellectual disabilities, so the psychological therapy is fully accessible and inclusive. I have experience of working with individuals, couples, families, and systems, and can offer either online or face to face sessions (on the Devon/Somerset border).

Hello. I’m Gail. I am a qualified counselling psychologist registered with both the HCPC and BPS, I bring both clinical expertise and deep empathy to my practice. I have worked as a psychologist for over 25 years in a variety of child and adult mental health services. I have led both an adult learning disabilities service as well as an NHS adult Autism diagnostic service and am now currently working in private practice.

I have taught on the University of Surrey doctoral programme and have worked as an expert witness to the Family, Civil and Criminal Courts.
I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, with a special emphasis on EMDR, a powerful, evidence-based treatment for trauma and distressing memories. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients, including autistic adults and individuals with ADHD. My approach is affirming, non-pathologizing, and tailored to each person — recognising that neurodivergence is not something to "fix," but something to understand and work with in a compassionate way. I offer online support to adults and older teenagers.
