What do I offer?
Mental health support for Autistic and Neurodivergent children and young people
All autistic young people are unique and have a unique set of skills and needs, just like neurotypical young people. Is your child or young person is experiencing anxiety, low mood or depression, OCD symptoms, low self esteem and low self confidence? I can help by offering proven and effective support.
I have spent many years working with autistic young people and have lots of experiences to draw on. I draw on a variety of therapeutic models including adapted Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and systemic ideas. However, my priority is getting to know each individual and their needs, then use my experience to support them achieve their goals.
Support for Autistic and Neurodivergent Adults
Autistic adults experience a wide variety of mental health needs often coming from the day to day challenges of living in a world which does not 'fit well'.
I offer bespoke individual therapy to help process these experiences. I can offer support with general anxiety, social anxiety, low mood and depression, OCD and other mental health needs.
I also work with people helping them understand their identity and help to find ways to achieve their goals.
